Problem with Asus motherboard BIOS update for Ryzen 3 2200G

So, I've ordered parts for my new PC and specifically told them that I need the BIOS updated in order for it to support the Ryzen 3 2200G. They told me they'd do it, and when I got the parts I installed them into a case. I turned the PC on and entered the BIOS without a problem. Everything was working in the case. The thing is - it sais here that the BIOS version is 3401, and I'm not sure if I can install Windows on it. Is there a way to update the BIOS without an OS or do I have to pull the whole thing apart and send it back to the shop so they do it for me?
My motherboard is Asus A320M-K.
PS: If there is a way to update it like this, I'd like to know how because I'd hate to wait and reassemble everything, and I would also get the help of someone expirienced at this, I wouldn't do it alone. I would appreciate help. Thank you.
