I put this under Motherboards because I didn't know what section it belongs to.

PC that I built back in September has run into a problem today. It still powers up, and goes into a status where all the fans are running, GPU LED is "breathing" but it just stays that way. It doesn't post at all. Also, as the video below will show, when pressing the power button, it'll turn on for a second, then turn itself off for two seconds before turning back on again to the aforementioned status.

I've already disconnected and reconnected everything to make sure that everything is connected properly.

Little update, the Orange/Yellow lights on the top are for the PCIE, and the red light at the lower right is the CPU LED. The code at the top is always at 00. Does this mean I have a faulty CPU or is there something on the MOBO that's going on? The PC has been working since September, this only started happening today.

I have no way to test this CPU on another MOBO, as the only other "PC" I have is this laptop.
