Power Button on Dell Rev A00 Motherboard

I have a Dell Optiplex GX280 that I am trying to fix and I have come to a conclusion that the main issue is that somehow the power button got disconnected from the motherboard and I don’t know which port to plug the 7-pin cable for the power button back into. Please help if you can.

I looked at the motherboard and found one labeled front panel, but that has 33 pins and the power button has 15 pins.

The cable that needs to connect to the motherboard says "52MTX BIZ" on it.

The pinout chart has both types (34 pin and 16 pin). Pin #20 is labeled " Power Switch". Note that the male/female connector is keyed.
