So I've just recently got a new mobo
MSI B250 M3. I just installed everything and my cpu fans and my gpu is not responding.

My build includes the MSI mobo, nvidia GTX 1080, 8th gen i7, 32 gb ddr4 ram, and an evga 850w psu.

Solution
First try checking the seating of all fan connectors on your motherboard. Then check the seating of the GPU in the PCIe slot. If you can't get the GPU working see if you can take it out and use the on-board graphics of the motherboard to at least get into BIOS to make sure that the fan is working for the CPU.

Quick Edit: Since it is a new motherboard make sure that it is properly seated and all standoffs are screwed in. You don't want anything shorting out.
