Symptoms: Asus surge protection and computer would reset while in a game only. Turned it off. Computer kept doing it. Now no longer powers on with GPU in it. Will power on without PCI power cables plugged it.
Troubleshooting:
1. Tried a new board and PSU. (the orginal board was swapped back in) PC still wouldnt power on. RMA'd GPU.
2. Got RMA'd back. It starts up and works fine for a few hours. SAME exact problem starts again. A new PSU was installed after the first few Asus surge protection were done. Also the computer is plugged directly into wall.
3. All cables are connected properly. and i have tried re installed drivers.
I am so lost on what to do at this point. Anyone have an idea on how to solve this?

SSD
12GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 980Ti
