Would a 1060 (link below) work in my motherboard?

I've got an older mother board with an older psu (460W max power). My mother board is a Pegatron 2AD5. I want to upgrade to a 1060. I don't know what exactly it is that makes it compatible, but I would like to know if this would be possible. I have a i7 3770 as well.
