I have two different cards of nvidia both are SLI,

GTX 550Ti and GTX 770

My question is, Can I use both card at same time.

SYSTEM
Core i5 3470
2TB Hard
Window 10 64bits

Solution

A 550ti in sli even if perfect scaling was possible would still be worse than your 770. Also don't expect more than a 30% performance increase in that game when going sli. So getting 2 is a total waste since your 770 will still be much more powerfull.

The rule is if a single card performs higher than 2 cards in sli that would give you 40% more...
Not in SLI, but you can use one as a dedicated PhysX card. Problem is, PhysX works best on the fastest card, so if you bother with a dedicated PhysX card, make sure you benchmark your games before and after, to get a real sense of whether you're improving performance or hurting it. You might be surprised.

You can also use the cards in software that uses CUDA programming, such as rendering or video editing. It's up to you to pick software that is going to use your cards though.

Finally, make sure your power supply is of high enough quality and can supply enough power to run both cards.

Sure but what do you expect them to do?
You can use them to render something.
You can use both to run multiple displays.
Gaming is not possible on both at the same time (don't even bother with physx since the 770 will handle it better on it's own and there are barely any games that use it).

--> I`m expected, games will run with better performance.

--> I have 4 different cards ADM r9 270, GTX 550ti, GTX 770 and GTX 750ti. I want to use two GPU at same time for get better performance in games. Please let me know, it`s possible or not

Thanks

To run two cards in SLi the cards need to be the same, so your four different cards are just four different cards and are of no use for what you wish to achieve.

You need matching cards. So no point in putting any in the same system as they will just sit there.

Thanks for your help.

I will replace with following cards and use in same system then I will get better gaming performance?

two R9 270 / two 750Ti

I have another question, If I have two same card with 2GB. then what is actually total memory size of my GPUs.

If I have 550Ti then can I run "Shadow of War" with high or medium setting.

I have checked, 550ti also SLI. I think 550ti also work together. But my question is, If two same card in PC (550ti / r9 270) then what is total GPU memory.

Can I run "Shadow of War" with 550ti (with multi GPU)

In Crossfire and SLi the GPU memory is not combined so the total memory will that of the lowest card. If you use a card with 1GB of memory and a card of 2GB of memory then the total of the two cards will be 1GB of memory.
