CPU with a plus sign at the end

Hello, I recall reading an article about Intel having new branding by adding a "+" symbol behinds CPUs. For example, Core i9+, i7+. etc. I think these CPUs add some kind of Optane memory.

How come I cannot find i9-7900X+ in store yet?

Because it is literally brand new.
And all it does is include the optane module in the box. It's not part of the CPU.
Nothing special.
