So i have had this issue for about four days, the pc works perfectly and i have tried EVERYTHING.

The issue is that the pc is stuck in a two beep boot loop where it starts up, beeps two shorts times and reboots, i dismantled everything and reassembled it, no luck, after searching online and trying constantly i decided to see if there is an issue with cables, all online forums said it was the psu or some other crap that wasn’t my problem.

I figured out that when i do not give my gpu any power (i don’t connect the 8pin cable to the motherboard) the pc starts up and there is no boot loop whatsoever then i try connecting that cable to get output on my screen and the pc goes into that loop again, please, please tell me what do i need to do to fix this

Solution
First, need to list full system specs including power supply brand and model.

If the system works if the video card is not connected (very bad idea to have it in the system without the power connected by the way), it could be an issue with the video card or with the power supply. You also said something about 8 pin cable to the motherboard, I hope you meant the video card since you were talking about GPU power. The only power connections on the motherboard should be the main power and the secondary CPU power plug.
