I have been hacked once again.

On friday the 13th. I could not get into my computer for 29 hours.i finally called a cousin and while i was telling him i was locked out of my computer a hacker or hackers were in my computer.

i kept trying to start up in safe mode but could not, well finally microsoft was there and took over then hp came in abd reloaded my software but only on my hp pavillion.

this morning i received a phone call telling me they were from microsoft. I looked at my screen and he was aready in my computer the mouse was movingi kept telling him to get out he started screaming at me. I did not know hat to do so i started running all the security software i had down loaded last time i was here. Panda got 3 porno apps, but i could not log into any of my computers again. Worked all day on 2 laptops but he put exe's in to mess me up big time.

Microsoft does not know who i am and i cannot put the last 4 of my phone number in so they could call me with a code. The ony account i can get into is my gmail accountand my new envy is stuck because they do not know my phone numbers.

What a week it has been for this old lady. I sm tired and almost ready to quit completely i can build them but know nothing about bugs or ransom ware. I need a white knight to help me out. But not tonight i am exhausted.

Microsoft will NEVER call you. Never. Those are scammers and should never be trusted.

Did you call HP and get their help, or did they call you? They would never call either.

Sounds like you got some malware on your system that gave these scammers access. Honestly, a clean install of Windows and your applications would be the best course of action.

You can also try cleaning the system with a free tool like Malwarebytes to remove malware. A full anti-virus scan is also in order.

I knew it was not microsoft i was talking to. I started running al, of the securiuty i had. Csalked my cousin and asked him to go to the microsoftweb siteand i toldhim what totell them. I kept trying to open my computeri in safe mode and it works not. I kept trying microsoft came into my computer fixes the damage then hp came in to reset the computer back to factory settings. Then i have received a lot of updates from both since.
It worked then yesterday i had the guy who called me and was already in my computer, i again started running everything i had picked up here and on the Microsoft. I ended rebooting both computers with a clean windows 10 usb. I let microsoft and hp know what happened again am still receiving updates from both
