What CPU do you have? If you are running an Intel CPU, there is little point in going higher than 3200mhz. So I would go with the TridentZ 3200mhz.

If you have a Ryzen CPU, then you need to look each model on the motherboard QVL because Ryzen CPUs are very particular about RAM. Even then, getting RAM stable of 3200mhz takes some tinkering.
