So I just recently built a new computer and it won't run any game as it should. I get max 50 fps on Gmod and 20 fps on 7 Days to Die. Yes I know those games aren't optimized for shit but even on everything low it doesn't change.
I have all up to date drivers installed and windows 10 updated. When I'm monitoring my system when its running a game the max I have seen it get up to is 12% usage of the GPU and max 18% of the CPU. Thermals are super low as well, almost as if its not running anything. It doesnt seem like its bottlenecking, it just seems as if its not trying. The only thing I have messed with is my fan speeds and my RAM frequency which I maxed at 3000mhz,but I did this in response to it not working right to begin with.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
