This (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/vZzkcf/asrock-b360m-pro4-micro-atx-lga1151-motherboard-b360m-pro4) appears to be a good motherboard for my needs- with triple monitor support with integrated graphics, USB type-C, support for 64 gigs of RAM, micro-ATX, etc.

What I want to know before I make the purchase, however, is if anyone has used this motherboard before, and whether it actually is good.

Estimable
You've found a board based on your needs which is the ideal way to pick a board.

You won't know how good the board is until you buy it and try it. Other people may have different experiences from you. Some people with tell you ASROCK is great; some will say they had to RMA theirs as only trust brand x or y. If the board doesn't work or has issues then RMA it.

Thanks, because this is like the probably the closest I'll ever come to actually liking a motherboard.
One thing that worries me though, is that the reviews section on NewEgg, Amazon, and PCPP is literally empty.
