Computer keeps turning off and on after adding new ram

So i looked around and none of the other answers are solving it so here i am. so i am running a Gigabyte Z68AP-DC motherboard and trying to install new ram which are HyperX 16GB DDR3- 1866 2x8GB kit and it seems to not like it so i had to revert to my old ram (Do not know but i know its 3x2GB). Then my CPU is Intel Core i5- 2500k (not OC) any suggestions???

From what I know based on the information, you might have an issue with the RAM stick.Try running 1 stick at a time and see what happens. If the same result occurs for each stick you probably need to send it back.
