So I have opened the bandicam and the windows started acting strange randomly refreshing (that way when it asks for permission but no windows) I heard the bandicam sound but no message then the resolution got to 1024x768 and I set it back to 1600x900 but then I opened bandicam again and same thing happened but I got the permission message this time and I could open but I didn't really wanna use it because yeah of this issue and then I have noticed that my windows became black and stuff and that changing resolution to 1600x900 seems not to work so then I finally got it back and I wondered what would happen if I tried to play a fullscreen game like gta sa and I got a white screen at the first loading screen (no sound either) and I also got white screen when loading the saved game. Then I tried the same thing with 1024x768 and it works normally. Now I have tried running RealTemp another program that requires permission to run and just as I expected the screen resolution got back to 1024x768. Now I tried to run gta sa again the windows is set to 1600x900 resolution and the game loaded with 1024x768 settings. Also I haven't mentioned this but when I open a program with permission or Fullscreen the black screen will show for a few seconds and maybe refresh a little then open the program.
