ryzen 3 1200 upgrade

I have an asus g11df with a ryzen 3 1200 in it it has a b350 chipset , my question is can i upgrade to a ryzen 5 1400 or a ryzen 7 1800x/1700 i say those because they use the same chipset ,please and thank you for taking your time to answer my question ,

Just make sure the support site for your particular board lists the chip you want.

At this point though, if your board will support them, look at the ryzen 2000 series chips since they will have sightly better performance.

Keep in mind though, your board will probably require a bios update before you install a newer processor.
