Ok I'm not sure how this is so hard to understand but I'll try and word it differently. AT present I have 2 computers.

1) Asus P8P67LE mobo w/ corsair TX 850 M PSU, intel i-5 2400 3.1 GHz, 16GB Corsair Vengance DDR3 SDRAM,

2) Gigabyte P35-DS3L mob, w/ Corsair CX 600 PSU XEON E5440 @ @2.67 GHz, 10gb RAM

I also have 3 GPU's

1) GTX 460 se

2) GTX 460

3) GTX 980 ti

My GTX 980 ti will run perfectly on my Gigabyte mobo as will both of the other cards.

Now here is the problem.

When I install my GTX 980 ti in my ASUS mobo all I get is my mobo POST screen for about 3-5 minutes and then the screen goes to a blinking cursor in the top left hand corner of my screen.

I turned off the EPU features in ASUS mobo bios.

I am unable to do anything at all. I can't enter bios and nothing else happens.

I put the other 2 GPU's in and they both work but the GTX 980 ti won't.

I did not include all the other components of my computers b/c I don't think it's relevant. If I'm wrong inform me.

Did I miss anything that time?

Have you updated your bios? Latest is v3801. If you expand all the 2nd newest v3703 describes 'Enhance compatibility with some PCIE device'

https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8P67_LE/HelpDesk_BIOS/

So some devices, guessing 980ti fits into that some category.
