Laptop Fan Noise

I got my laptop cleaned last week and all the dust was removed, it was working great and it fixed the overheating, however today it keeps making this loud buzzing sound constantly. If I pull out my charger, then the sound stops after a few seconds but then with any movement of the laptop it begins again, and I have to repeat the step above to fix it again, what's wrong... I'd like to not sit still in one position all day to avoid the sound :(

The fan bearings appear to be damaged and it might need to be replaced.

Is that it? I thought it was just dusty and cleaning it did fix my overheating problem because before it wasn't even putting any air out, sigh.. paid almost $100 for the cleaning, I think I'm better off just buying a new laptop then paying for a little fan since the laptop is already 6 years old.

$100 to clean a laptop! Wow!
That's what I pay to get my car detailed.

It could have been damaged while cleaning, even compress air could damage a fan.
Those cost less than $15.
What's your laptop model?

Toshiba Satellite, I should mention on the right side where the fan is located, after they disassembled it, the screws that were put back into that side didn't seem to be holding down that part, and when the screen was lifted up / down, the body of the laptop moved with it, so the guy put a little super glue in there to fix the issue, I don't suppose any of that glue got leaked into the fan, the grinding noise started a week after we picked it up.

Holy smokes I had exactly same problem with Toshiba NB200-10z, Its fan made grinding noise, hitting it hard fixed it but a movement or sometimes automatically again started grinding noise. I however fixed it, I opened the laptop to access fan and for that I had to completely disassemble it, including display, keyboard and motherboard lol. I cleaned fan, lubricated it with engine oil (hehe) and inserted it back again, assembled it fully and guess what? AGAIN SAME NOISE, but after some usage it magically went away.
There must be misalignment of some parts, make sure metal enclosure it NOT bent, I pushed mine as well. When fan is out, blow air on it to spin it and see for any parts touching it. If no noise, put fan back with its screws and again blow on it to spin to see what touches it. and 100$ for cleaning dude? Thats a rip off but guessing from that, you cant open it yourself?

Btw my laptop is also 6 7 years old, still running.

Mine is also 6 years old, I don't know how to open it up and get to the fan hence why I took it to a shop to get it cleaned, I definitely regret it... this sound is impossible to live with, at least before I could move my laptop and myself without annoyance, and when we took it back the second time and they used glue on the right side, they took out one screw and never bothered to put it back in (not that I think it matters since the screws didn't do their job, which is why the glue had to be used), I just wish I could figure out if the problem is the fan or the missing screw.

That's is a crappy PC repair place. I think they broke the base of the hinges.
You may have done a better job, since you might have been more careful.
In those cases your laptop service manual is your best friend.
What's the model of your laptop?

That's the thing, I don't want to open myself because I know I'll probably just end up breaking up, I watched a few videos and it just seemed way too complicated, which is why I took it to the shop, oh well, I'll just live with it I guess.
