The processor is dated. It's only a quad core CPU. Even the new i3 is quad core. It's also only got 8gb of ram, and a cooler master PSU, which may be suspect. Wouldn't mind seeing an SSD.

I think I would pass. If for 600 you can get the card, I don't know the exchange rate exactly, but in the USA, for say 250 you could have something like a ryzen 1600 and a b350 board. 8gb of ram is about 90, a case let's say 50 might get a half decent case, and 30 for the 1tb drive. Budget about say 70 for a decent power supply. If exchange rates are close, then at that you've got a nice system. Sure you'd want to upgrade to more ram later, and you'd still want to add the SSD later, but you'd have a 6 core 12 thread CPU more ready for...

You would have to add a little for a windows 10 license also.

Yes, i did something myself with a b350 tomahawk, r5 1600, zotac gtx 1070 amp extreme( 550€, 8 GB 3000mhz ram as it helps ryzen( would add more later) got an ssd, better psu and a HardDrive, for like 1200€, but is worth the extra as all the components are of trustworthy brands, i really hope the prices will come down tho, before i could get a 1080 for 600.. now even for a 1060 6gb i have to spend 350-400, is crazy, thanks for answering!
