Do I need to upgrade RAM?

I am upgrading my motherboard and CPU to a ROG Crosshair VI and a AMD Ryzen 1800x, I have a GTX 1060 GPU currently, but my RAM is DDR3. Will I have to upgrade my RAM to DDR4 too or is DDR3 compatible with this motherboard? Also is a CX750 power supply going to do the job?
