Does anyone know of any cases for a dell e93839 motherboard? Only mine is the default and its not big enough to support a nvidia geforce GTX 1050.

Solution
That appears to be an Optiplex 760 DT motherboard. The MT tower board should have 4 expansion slots. Some of those only supported 65W 2 core CPUs.
Maybe this will help.

Anyway to answer your question as asked. You can put that MB into an Optiplex 760/780 Mini Tower case+ PSU. Then a ZOTAC GTX1050 2GB Mini will fit.
The better solution is just get the Opti 780 MT which supports up to Q9650, and 16 GB DDR3 RAM. Then the ZOTAC GTX1050Ti 4GB makes sense.
The Zotac Mini is a very short 2 slot card with 1 slot bracket.
Turn off secure Boot in BIOS ( 780 only). Create System Restore point.
Remove old GPU drivers in Safe Mode (F6). Install GPU and...
