Deleted my hard drive

Hi
Please help,i think i uninstalled my HDD on disk drives,i tries to change the boot order but it constantly restarts itself and displays an error message that say"you PC has a problem and needs to restart" I tried to switch it on using safe mode but still no luck...I'm using a Toshiba,and OS is Windows 8

Not sure what you have actually done. Have you uninstalled the driver files from windows that is made to operate the chipset / sata controllers? If that is the case you just may made yourself a catch 22 situation because you actually need to boot sucessfully into windows to be able to reinstall those.
