Solution
The intel set is more balanced.
AMD set problems:
Ryzen 5 1600 at stock speed is far lower than Ryzen 5 1600x. The popularity of the Ryzen 5 1600 is that if you OC it, you can get close to the 1600x at a better price. But with an A320 mobo you will not be able to do oc and your 1600 will be a long way from the 1600x.

Ryzen is very sensitive to RAM. Aegis is not a good choice. You should use special RAM for AMD like the Flarex at the maximum possible speed like 3000 or 3200.

I use Xigmatek thermal paste for my CPUs and GPUs and it performs well. I had no idea they even made PSUs. I got the 4g tube for free with a motherboard bundle purchase at NewEgg. Anyway, it's a very old PSU design dating from 2009 but it's possible over the years different OEM core power supply makers like HEC and Channel Well have changed things up. Who knows. According to JohnnyGuru's 2009 review, there are at least two variants: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story5&reid=158

^^They pretty much ripped it a new one. Get a better PSU.
