PC Restarting randomly only during game play.

BUILD

Operating system: Windows 10 home 64bit
Motherboard: Asus Z97-C
RAM: 8gigs
CPU: Intel i5-4690K 3.5GHZ
GPU: Gigabyte geforce GTX960 G1 Gaming 2GB
PSU: Antec 750W Gold

Things I have done to try solve, none of which have solved the problem.
I tried one thing at a time, each time still restarting, tried the next thing, process of elimination:

Reinstalled Windows 10.
Used Guru3d to clean install graphics driver, intalled older version from when pc was till stable.
Torture test RAM and CPU using Prime95, CPU no hotter than 70deg celcius
Stress test GPU using Furmark, temp no higher than 65deg celcius.
Borrowed Brand new PSU 750W, still restarting.
Re seated memory, and GPU, and unplugged and re plugged in all drives.
Scanned drives for errors.
Unplugged my UPS and plugged pc direct into wall socket, still restarting.

The restart only happens during game play, can be after 20 seconds, or up to 4hours, and everything in between.. The restart is a complete crash, doesnt shut down neatly in windows, its as if power off and on again, which is why i though maybe PUS or UPS, but neither.

Could it be motherboard?

HELP!

Get a bsod or hard restart like power was reset?

You can try one stick of ram at a time but that’s a long shot (usually bsod related).

Since you tried a different psu, that mainly leaves gpu and mobo. Can you borrow a similar power draw gpu for testing?

No Blue Screen no, no error message nothing, if i look at the event view it just says it lost power or shut down unexpectedly.
I will try get a GPU, i have my doubts about the GPU as done stress tests and wouldn't a failing GPU give other issues during game play like lag, or wierd anomalies?

Would a dying or dead CMOS battery on the motherboard give issues?

Yea you right, I will lend my GPU and MEMORY to a friend to use one at a time in their system, if no crashes after a week, then its my motherboard or still some really annoying Software clash
