So I found this motherboard made from intel, the model name which is d945paw, at my storage house, and decided to test if it works. Sadly it doesn't and i can't figure it out why. I have only put a 1 gig ram stick for testing and i have swapped it many times but the motherboard just wont turn on. also the green light turns on when i give power to the psu, indicating that it is receiving power, and i also have tried many different known-working psu's but still couldn't turn it on. it doesn't have a cmos clear jumper so i have also replaced it with a new battery. it only has a BIOS config/recovery jumper which i do not know what does it do... And yes i have fiddled with it but still didn't get it to work. I have noticed that the lan port lights turn on at a fright second when i turn on the psu through it's power switch but still idk what the problem might be... the processor is a pentium d 925 wich i have used in the past and it is still working and i also have an intel celeron d 326 which i never used and i do not know does it work so yea thats all i have tried to do and still couldnt get it to work so what could the problem possibly be? I will try my best to check if there is any broken or damaged pins on the cpu socket and try to repair them if possible but still if there is any other thing i can do it would greatly be appreciated if you can help.

Hi Calvin, Well i read the pdf files (not in complete detail) and as i saw it should support my cpu but the 2007 specifications update says no on my pentium d 925 and also i think the motherboard is dead anyways i took a magnifying glass and looked at the socket and i found like 2-3 pins a little out of place which could only mean they have been damaged in some sort of way... Sooo if that is the case then i am not able to do anything with this motherboard? it would have been nice to use those 4 ram slots and also i think all the ddr2 sticks i have are ECC which the pdf files said tthe motherboard doesn't support them... Oh and also i am not really a tech geek so there are some stuff that i do not really understand though but thanks for the answer anyways
