Should I use 120mm fans with a 360mm AIO Cooler or 140mm fans with a 280mm AIO Cooler?

I've been planning to build a PC recently, and I've brought myself into an odd situation. I chose the CoolerMaster Cosmos C700P as my case, which supports both 120mm and 140mm fans in equal amounts across the case, meaning that I would be able to fit 3 of either fans on the front of the case.

The problem I have, though, is the AIO I plan to use. I plan to mount the AIO at the front of the case. Thing is though, I'm torn on what would get me better performance, aesthetics etc. Either I use a 360mm AIO at the front, covering all three 120mm fans or a 280mm AIO covering only 2 of the 3 front 140mm fans.

I could really use advice on what I should use in this situation. Any help would be appreciated.

The downside would really be up to fan size. The 360mm AIO I plan to use doesn't support 140mm fans, so 120mm ones would be my only option if I went for the 360mm AIO.

It's not that I see it as an immediate downside to use 120mm fans with the 360mm AIO. I was just wondering if one option might get me more results over the other. You make a good point though, the 120mm fans would still have sufficient airflow, plus they are still generally cheaper than the 140mm fans.
