I want to install led strips but I can't seem to find RGB headers even after research. Are there any RGB ports on the motherboard. If not could I plug them into any other headers?

The Asus Z370-P has no RGB headers. You can plug the LED strips into a fan header but you will not be able to control them through software. You can buy LED strips that plug into a Sata power cable from the power supply.
