2200G Abnormally Slow

Hey guys! I recently put together a budget system for a friend with the 2200g but when I opened Overwatch or CSGO I was getting horrible framerates compared to the benchmarks people were getting. I mean, In CSGO 1080p low I was getting 50FPS and in OW I was getting 30FPS 1080p low.

Specs
Ryzen 2200g at 3.8mhz
Vega 8 at 1600mhz
8GB DDR4 2666
2GB allocated for VRAM
500GB 7200RPM 6GBPS HDD
Crappy DIYPC case
Stock Wraith cooler

I have every up to date driver possible, dont ask about the RAM either, it's fast enough to at least get 60FPS in CSGO. Doesn't matter anymore anyways, I'm returning the APU

Bios is not a driver. Its the firmware that the motherbd runs.
