What cord to connect video card to monitor?

I have a Radeon HD 6900 Series video card and I need to connect a third monitor to it. The monitor is an Acer Model K242 HQL. What cord do I need to connect it? Can I use a male HDMI plug on both ends?

Monitor comes with DVI input connector, What free connector does GPU have ? If it's HDMI than you need either DVI > HDMI cable or HDMI to DVI adapter and HDMI cable.
