I have already made multiple posts and this is the build i've come up with just checking it will run fine as its my first build https://www.pccasegear.com/sc/nZJ
RX 480/RX 580( basically same cards), are pretty much equals with the GTX 1060 6gb. The RX 570 is basically a match for the GTX 1060 3gb in case you're wondering. The ryzen 2600x should be a good cpu. I have the older ryzen 1600, and have it overclocked a little, and am pretty happy with it. The 2600/2600x are the newer generation of that CPU.
For 1080p resolution, 4gb vram is sufficient. And no, vram doesn't decide the gpu power. Gtx 1050ti has 4gb vram and rx580 comes in both 4gb and 8gb variants. But the rx580 is more powerful than the 1050ti and is in equal terms to the 1060 6gb.

Within the rx580 and 1060 6gb? 5fps give or take. But you got an ips freesync monitor in that LG model I listed above. So definitely better in this price point.
My only gripe : MSI Optix Mag 24c is not available there. If you can find it, get it.
