Low FPS after Factory Reset

I just recently factory reset my laptop because I had an issue with a game that recently occurred with a Windows 10 update. After reset i can't run anything that requires my gpu without it having a max of 8 fps.

Factory Reset will have removed your preferred GPU preferences for each game in Catalyst Control Centre or Nvidia Control Panel.

You must re-enter those preferences so that each game uses the high-performance graphics processor. Currently they are using the default integrated GPU which is why frame-rates are bad.
