The CPU and Motherboard are compatible, the power supply will also be enough as long as the Graphics Card you're using isn't too large.
Overall a good combo.

z370 still offers extra pci-e lanes and memory overclocking over 2666. Also vrm on z370 board are generally stronger.
and they are only different by $20 dollar. i would say go for the z370.
