I was scrolling down facebook when my pc just randomly froze. No blue screen nothing. I then tried restarting it. Everything turns on, all fans including gpu fans spin yet nothing is displayed to my monitor. It doesnt detect that my pc Is on. I have tried all sorts of different cables and I have tried different port appose to using my gpu. I have also tried turning it on with no components just the basics and everything goes on yet nothing displays to monitor. Also when my pc turns on none of the components go on either.

Solution
First thing to check is if GPU works. If your system has integrated graphics, uninstall GPU and try without it. Otherwise you'll need another GPU for a test.

Thank you so much! This was not the problem yet doing this fixed it. I took my GPU out and put my old 960 in and it worked. I then thought the worst but just to make sure I plugged my GPU back in and it worked. Thank you!

In such case, check if your GPU is not sagging. This is common problem with heavy GPUs. Reinstalling card will often help, but only temporary, as the PCIe port will get more and more skewed, until it just stops working. Make sure the card has some kind of support at its power cable plugs corner so it is not putting too much weight on PCIe slot.

Is there any proper thing to stop GPU sag? Or must I just go D.I.Y and use some lego or something to that affect?

Lego is always an option :) Some people used power cables in such way that it takes some of card's weight. Also some cases have special support system made specifically for that purpose. And finally laying your case on the side so the card is pointing straight up is also a solution - although it is awkward and does not help air flow inside case. So probably Lego is simplest way.
