USB 2.0 port not working

I finish the build yesterday. Then I plug the USB keyboard and stuff back then I notice that the USB 2.0 ports aren't working. It seems both USB ports are not working for now, but the rest of the ports in the rear are working. I am using a msi b350 tomahawk. All I did in the bios was change the xmp profile.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you were messing around on the motherboard its very possible you might have knocked loose the jumper connection to those USB connections. Check out your manual and see which spot its located at or just follow the cord and double check.

See if there are any drivers you need to install on OEM's website. If not you might have a faulty mobo
