That is mATX board (not mini ITX). Enclosuse is even bigger - ATX size.
GTX 1050 fits just fine.

PSU is crap. Change it. Also clean your pc. It looks like haven't been cleaned for several years.

The mini GTX1050 will be fine for what your doing. But I agree with the PSU comment above. Get a quality part that's been tested and approved by Tomshardware, or Johnnyguru. An off brand PSU puts all your parts at risk, and can even cause a fire if it fails. User testimonials are useless.
Seasonic, and EVGA are good brands but there are several others.
