Hey i have a amd fx 4100 and 2gb ram and gt 630 but my watch dogs runs very slow at low graphics lags so much

Your CPU is roughly on par with the MINIMUM required for that game. Your graphics card and amount of system RAM (based on your other thread) are far below the minimum required.
There is no way your system is going to run this game well.
