Old Mini Tower (Dell) + New Motherboard

Hello, I found 2 used MOBOs on EBAY, I can get them for around 50$, and i have an old Dell Optiplex 380 PC. Its a lot cheaper than it would be to buy a new case aswell, so can i use the Dell case, but buy 1 of these MOBOs?
1: Asus P8H77-M LE with Intel Core i5 2500, 8 GB RAM, and Zalman - CNPS8900 Extreme CPU Cooler.
2: Asus M5A97 Plus with AMD 8350e, stock Cooler, no RAM.

Definitely "Micro BTX". The 380 isn't bad as far as Optiplexes go. I paid $20 for mine. 8GB DDR3 RAM, Q9650, or even a couple Xeons X5460, X5470 with the
LGA771 Mod.
Zotac GTX 1050Ti Mini drops right in. The 4GB card uses lots of resources though. The Zotac GTX1050 MIni 2 GB would be great also. If you upgrade the BIOS past A05 then you can't mod it for Xeons due to digital signing. But BTX was an LGA775 creation. It began and ended there. It is what it is (or was).
