Hi,

I have infront of me an
ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS Mainboard
AMD Ryzen 7 1700 CPU
32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4 PC4-19200 2400MHz DIMM C16 RAM

I'm getting no post. This is my 1st AMD build for about 10 years, so i have no AMD parts kicking about to start swapping things about. Would anyone know if the above should fire up OK?

Thanks for any help,

Jimmy

Solution
ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS
Specifications
Integrated AMD Radeon R Series Graphics in the 7th Generation A-Series APU.

You don't have a 7th Generation A-Series APU .

AMD Ryzen 2000 series released in April also have integrated processor graphics. Processor end with G, for example, Ryzen 5 2400G And Ryzen 3 2200G.

CMK16GX4M2A2400C16 is not a 32GB kit. Combining multiple kits carry no guarantee to work together from memory manufacturers. I suggest using a single kit. All testing with multiple kits is done on a "Do It Yourself" testing basis with no guarantees the PC will boot or how it will run if it does boot up.

Workarounds for getting extra memory to work include:
Lower Dram Frequency
Relax DRAM Timings
Increase DRAM voltage
