Issue with ASRock MoBo error code "C0"

Hello everyone, I'm currently having an issue getting my first pc build, the MoBo in particular, to post. Everything is seated, connected, and secured as far as I'm aware. I go on to turn on the PSU, and everything seems to run, a red light from my MoBo, a blue light from my GPU, and all fans from the Chassis, PSU and CPU Cooler all running fine. The system tries to boot, but fails to post, no display on the monitor. The error code LCD on the MoBo displays a "C0" and promptly turns off, and attempts to re-boot again. It's not the monitor, HDMI cable, or the GPU, I'm recycling it from an older build, which was working perfectly for 2 years. The CPU, as far as I can tell, all the pins are in perfect condition. My only remaining suspicion must be either the RAM sticks themselves, or the RAM Slots on the MoBo that are causing the issue. All in all however, I'm not exactly a pro in pc building, my first time...so my diagnosis may be incorrect. Also, I checked the MoBo manual, and it doesn't include a section for error codes... surprisingly. I included a link for my parts.
NOTE: In the part list it says I'm using a Ryzen 5 1600, but it's actually a 2600, the one that released recently.
