Overclocking problem with gtx 970 windforce gaming

Hi I recently overclocked my gtx 970 g1 gaming .. I get 6 more fps in assassin creed origin 8 more fps in farcry 5 but the problem is after about half hour the fps reduses to the number before overclocking.
I don't know what is the problem can u help me ?
I attached a screen shot from my afterburner in my pc for u.

What's happening is that your cards turbo boost has to back down to keep itself from Overheating. That's how they operate they ramp up as long as thermal limits stay in check. As soon as they start to rise the card will back itself down to be able to operate the way it should. Overclocking is not a guarantee, and doesn't necessarily always work. Try checking case fans and increase airflow in case to see if you are able to lower temps. That's how you'll be able to maintain the fps you're looking for.

Thank you for your feedback. But do you think 70 centigrade is much for it ?
