I by mistake uninstalled asmedia USB 3 controller and now my USB 3 is not working. I am not able to reinstall it i need help.

use your mb driver disk or download the driver from the mb vendors web page.

That board has USB 2.0 as well so being able to use USB shouldnt be an issue. Go the website for it and download the USB drivers and just reinstall
