Thats the cheapest price i can find on my country(Philippines). All brand new.

Plus im thinking on getting a 970 2nd hand @ 200 than the 1060.

Solution
When overclocking the Ryzen 2 lineup faster RAM = faster CPU just like first gen. So anything less than 3000mhz will just hurt you. Overclocking the RAM past its rated overclock speeds just to get it higher will help tremendously.

Looks like a nice little build. The mobo doesn't have the best VRM which might be a problem if you plan to overclock the CPU.
Do you specifically want an ITX build for its compact size or because this is cheaper than ATX in your country?

From the site, looks like it's more than $100 cheaper, but not sure about component pricing in Philippines, maybe you could check them out.

It has better cooling, faster RAM, better PSU, a 1TB hard drive and a sleek looking case with windowed side panel. Let me know what you think and if it's cheaper in your country as well.

I prefer smallest possible build so ill go SG13 my desk is kinda small. the gigabyte is the only mini itx available in my country so thats the only one i can get (ill do a little overclocking for my 2600 but not too much maybe like 3.8 or something). ill also get a 3200 ram which ever brand i can find.

i could go with the board you suggested but ill buy the inwin 301 if thats the case because its a small case , its smaller then enthoo evolv itx (but i doubt ill get a maxt build because its still big.)

also some prices are a little bit higher here cos of tax.

One thing to note is that you will need to update the BIOS if you go with B350, because 2nd gen Ryzen won't work out of the box otherwise. That would require a loan CPU, like, any 1st gen Ryzen. Or just have a computer service do that for you.

yea i just finished reading that. and also im getting an AIO because SG13 can only fit low profile coolers. watched the review on id cooling and some said it performs quite good for a cheap price.
