This is the only am4 mini itx available in my country around 120USD.

Ill be using it on 2600 and doing an overclock around 3.9ghz is it fine? someone pointed out that its VRM is not that good .Im going mini itx build because i need a compact pc so going maxt or bigger is not an option.

I read a quick review of the board, and I think you'll be fine. Yes, the VRMs are indeed a problem for overclocking, so I suggest you use a nice air cooler and also some case fans so as to maximize airflow to the VRMs, because they can get pretty hot under load.

Also, make sure it has an updated BIOS out of the box, otherwise it won't run the 2600.

Thanks noted. ill be pairing it with SG13 case and an AIO(120m frostflow+) if the fan isnt that good i can buy a fan for the rad. What do you think ?

Uhm, an air cooler would have been preferred, since you need direct airflow over the VRM, which will be done by an air cooler. You can live off an AIO as well, but you really need some serious airflow over the VRM, or they'll really heat up.

oh thanks so ill get a cryorig or any suggestion on any low profile coolers?

Go with a Reeven RC-1001 Brontes, or a Shadow Rock LP from be quiet!. Both are good coolers and will give you good cooling in a small size.
