New build - wireless internet and bluetooth headphones?

I am creating a new build from scratch. I'd like to have wifi connectivity to my network instead of Ethernet. I'd also like to use Bluetooth headphones.

Where do I look for these features? Are they part of the motherboard? Case? Separate components that need to be added?

Budget for the whole PC upgrade is $1,000. In another thread people gave me great advice on how to build the basic system. I just do not know how to even check if it will be wifi or bluetooth capable. I don't know what part of the PC build holds that capability.
