H.D.D. cable accidentally disconnected while system was on

Long story short I took the HDD out of my case and put it on the desk while still being connected: I wanted to know if the noise was the hard drive or the CPU (I believe this noise was normal: Loading-noise. PROBABLY).

Thing is the cable (not the SATA, the little one) wasn't secured and was about to disconnect. I noticed it wasn't properly connected cause the HDD started to make strange noises. I plugged it correctly but after 5mins the noise still there...
Rebooted and now it throws me into the BIOS Setup. Should I kill myself ?

Hello everyone, yes it always got detected. Don't know why the first reboot throwed me into BIOS though.

After 3 reboots I managed to get into the desktop screen, all my data and stuff is still here but the sound is still here and I have multiple Windows errors...

Every time I reboot is still the same now: system is VERY LAGGY it responds every 3secs then 3secs it freezes and then 3secs of movemente, then freezes and so on...

About the sound: I believe the initial one was the CPU and it was loading noise (70°C tenperatures and makes noise I think it got screwed up too...). When this all started the HDD made screeeching sounds they're gone but now it's like 'clicking sounds' at least it is not as loud as the screech one.

About the Windows error they ALL say the same:

AppManager.exe - Wrong image(?)
C:/Windows/SYSTEM32/winmmbase.dll is not designed (prepared?) to be executed in Windows or it contains an error. Try to reinstall again through the original methods(?) of installation [...].
State of the error 0xc0000006.

I translated it the best I could. Hope someone knows what it got messed up.

edit: The question marks and those thingies are made by me*

Hello shingatsu. It would be ideal to back up your information ASAP. Here is a useful tip for backing up so you do not have to go thru a terrible event like this again. Use the 3-2-1 method, 3 copies of your data, 2 on different mediums, with 1 kept offsite to prevent against disaster. Best of luck.
