I started working as an "admin" at this new office, this is my first job so i usually google most of my problems but i cannot find anything to help to solve this problem. Monday a guy said that he can't print but everybody else could use the same printer. I started with basic stuff, restart the computer and the printer but it didn't helped. Hours later i installed a few different drivers for the printed but nothing helped so i tried to plug it in through USB but got the same result and i don't know what else to try. The problem is when print something it appears in the print queue than it loads maybe like half of the size that it says it needs (so a test page loads around 180KB of 310KB) than it dissapears from the queue and nothing happens on the printer. The printer is KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB 362. I've never even heard of this manufacturer before and i don't know who i could ask help, so i'm hoping somebody here can help me out.
Sorry if my english was bad, i hope you could understand it and i am thankful for any kind of help or advice.

With respect to configuration settings go back to the affected user's computer and ensure that the computer's default setting is the target printer and with all of the corresponding settings.

Unlikely that the default settings installed with the printer driver will fully work.

Look at another computer that is printing correctly via the various windows, tabs, and properties screens.

Compare the settings to the computer that is not printing correctly.

User may have made some change with respect to the default printer and/or some default setting with regards to the default printer's configuration.

And, to be fair to the user, he may simply have unknowingly altered something within an app that altered his default printer and it's...

What Operating System?

Go to one of the computers that is printing correctly and use Device Manager to identify the printer drivers being used.

Also check the configuration settings. User may have changed something directly or ran some application that made a change.

Re-install the same driver being used on a working system and configure in the same manner.

I checked the other computers, and tried the same driver. No luck.
I don't really know what do you mean by configuration settings but i set everyting in printer settings to default and even called the shop that we bought the printer from, they sent a mechanic but still no luck. He stated what i already know that it is not a network problem, it is probably the computers fault and he left.
The computer have Windows 7 32bit OS.
