I'm being a pc and I need a case. I saw this case and I really liked it but looks like it has bad airflow, is it good enough to handle a Ryzen 2600 and a gtx 1050 ti, maybe a 1060 in the future?

Im not talking about MasterCase 5, I'm talking about this one http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/masterbox-pro-5-rgb/
It still is good enough for your intended purpose; with 3 fans in front and one in the back you should have no cooling issues. It supports large CPU coolers (you don't really need one with a Ryzen 2600, but the option is available) and it's large enough to keep a GTX 1060 cool enough if you keep your ambient temperature comfortable.
