Need help with possible broken motherboard

Hi, I don't know what's wrong with my PC. I fell asleep playing a game and when I woke up, it was still running but had no video. I noticed it had a red light where it says VGA that just stays on and also on up top where it says GPU. I'm almost positive I'll have to replace some parts here but I'm not sure what I should do. It's an MSI B350 Tomahawk and nothing I've tried has helped. I've reset the CMOS but it doesn't do anything really. Thanks in advance to anyone with any idea what I should do next.

It's a GTX 1060 3GB. But even when I take it out to try and run video through the motherboard,those two lights for VGA and GPU turn on every time. All the fans and lights work fine. Oh, and also I'm not sure why but I can't turn it on or off with the power button. Only the little extra button which I'm assuming is just a reset button or a CMOS button. I don't know, I didn't build it.
