Hello I was testing out a graphics card I was gonna give to my buddy. But suddenly the screen went black and didn't come back. We waited for it about half an our and never came back. So I turned it off and Oh boy was that a bad idea. When I turned it back on the bios screen came up and everything but when it got got the Windows screen with the spinning circle I only saw one little dot moving where the circle would be and nothing else. Then after that it disappeared. I can't enter the os. The only thing I can do is enter bios. Nothing else. Is there anything I can do. The gpu I was testing out was the hd 6870. I switched out for my RX 480. I really want to play Sea Of Thieves, I know I know I'm not missing anything. Buy I want to try it out with the xbox game pass free trial. If you can do anything to help that would be awesome. If I can boot into safe mode would that use the base video drivers instead of the Radeon drivers? Also how do I boot into safe mode

Solution
I fixed it I plugged my RX 480 back in and it took me into recovery which Luckly I did a system backup while using DDU. Thank God lol. But it took me back into Windows where I installed the graphics driver.
