Need help regarding temp of my build

I have corsair spec 04 case with
I7 8700k @3.7ghz undervolted
With hyper 212 turbo led
Z370-F and Gtx 1060 6gb
With 2 cabinet fans installed front and rear.

Cpu Temps stay 60°c after 1 hr gaming, doesn't go beyond that
Graphic card temp never exceed 70°c

I have a bad cpu cooler that is why I haven't overclocked yet

Any suggestions that doesn't cost much and are these temps normal?

I'll buy aio cooler after few months

Those temps don't sound bad, especially for running the 212 EVO. If you are looking to overclock the 8700k, you'll need either a high end air cooler or at least a 240mm water cooler, neither of which are inexpensive. As for your GPU, if you want to run it cooler, you can download and install MSI Afterburner and create a custom, more aggressive fan curve and that will help.
